I love being in the presence of true love, as I was this past weekend. Jen and Mark are definitely one of those couples that just seem to fit. Their love was so comfortable and effortless, just the way love should really be. it was refreshing and easy to capture.

I love that I get to capture it for their great great grandchildren to see. I love that this is the gift that God decided to give me.

i absolutely love getting my hair done. i love having some time to myself. i love having someone else wash my hair. i love the girlie chit chat with my stylist. i love being pampered. i love it.

She talked me into going shoooooooort this time. It’s going to take some getting used to but my hubby loves it and my baby still recognizes me, which is all that matters. I really like it short, it’s different but different is good!

How is it that the 7th is upon us again? Another month gone? I feel like I’ve blinked my eyes and 10 months have slipped by. My little peanut is rapidly turning into a toddler. It’s so bittersweet, I love the teeny tiny stage but I am also loving everyday with him. I love the sweetness, the innocence and the discovery. I’m in heaven.

So, Jackson is already having a FABULOUS Valentine’s Day and it isn’t even here yet. This afternoon we had a knock on our door. Upon opening the door, there laid a tiny little cardboard box. In the box was the most genius little gadget...EVER. Inside was a Flip MinoHD camera. SCORE! Grandma bought Jackson a camera so that she can see videos in between visits.

I’m totally in love. Why didn’t I own one of these sooner?
